CMS Architects appointed me to the position of Contract Architectural Designer on a casual part time basis since November 2023. SDL is a multi-national developer company focused on residential projects, with its presence in Asia and Middle East. A large and diverse organisation with multiple stakeholders, all in-house. I was selected to SDL as a Junior Design Architect in 2011 as part of University Graduate Recruitment Program. Worked on various projects from Concept to Technical Design. Got trained in Revit and worked on Revit Modelling of projects.Achievements:• Selected to the Design Team of PNC Architecture - a sister concern of SDL, Dubai • Trained in construction standards, drawing standards, landscape design industry practices and improved my skills in architectural drafting and construction detailing.• Developed stakeholder (internal/external) management skills for interacting with consultants and contractors within a structured reporting framework.• Developed coordination skills by attending meetings, site visits and regularly engaging & seeking feedback from stakeholders.• Improved the ability to analyse a broad range of information and to achieve a desired outcome with tailored communication.
