•Working as a Data Scientist in the AI BI Data Science team to automate BI DevOps daily routine manual tasks through ML which gives operation teams the speed and agility they need to ensure the uptime and the delivery of optimal performance. •Spearheaded the development of an OAL conversational AI chatbot using spaCy (python) and Oracle Digital Assistant, which is seamlessly integrated into Slack.
