Program presently engages with over 40K marginal households from over 400 villages spread across 33 districts of 12 States through 250 plus professionals at the doorstep of these marginal households.

The job involved interface with Dairy Coops of Andhra Pradesh at District and State level, preparing and supporting their perspectvie plans; representing the NDDB on Board of State Dairy Federation and Milk Unions; Managing a 20 strong multi-disciplinary team of professionals. Highlights were conversion of all Milk Unions to MACS Act; Formation of a parallel Federation called Matha Federation; start up of two new generation Milk Producers Institutions - Mulukanoor Dairy and Indur Intideepam Dairy of Nizamabad. Also took up a situation analysis of 30000 Farmers from across AP on Dairying. Major milestones were launch of Mother Dairy Milk under collaboration with Nalgonda Ranga Reddy Union and then start up of Milk Powder Plant in Ongole in partnership with Prakasham Milk Union after 10 years of stalemate.

Organise, new dairy initiatives as cooperatives and producer companies, initiative producer contact programme, cost of milk production, situation analysis, fodder innovation, revitalising and reviving Prakasham, Nalgonda and Krishna Cooperatives, Competency of Elected Boards, Upgradation of processing technologies

Heading a team of professionals working for advocacy and lobbying for cooperative sector reforms especially coop laws. This was under the guidance of Dr Kurien, Shri LC Jain and Shri Mohan DHaria as Panel Members and supported by Shri Rama Reddy, President CDF, Smt. Shashi Rajagopalan, Coop Consultant, and Mr. Tom Carter of USAID. The significant milestones were AP MACS Coop Law, similar laws in MP, Orissa, Karnataka Bihar J and L etc., an effective support group in Parliament, Asemblies, and amongst Journalists, Bureaucrats etc.Also taught at IRMA - Full Credit Course on Legal Environment; and organised Executive Training workshop on Public Advocacy Strategies

As a part of Projects Support Group - a central team for support to all field teams, the job involved coordination, MIS, planning and strategies and documentatione tc.

Worked in initiating development projects in Central and Western HImalayas - Garhwal, Kumaon and HP focus on wastelands development, afforestation, income generation, revegetating commons etc. with partnership of local NGO's and village communities.

It was my first job, As Assistant Manager of the Plantations, was expected to manage the plantations upkeep, labour and teh day to day operations. Was a very labour intensive job.
