In this role I was leading a team of 4 senior art directors and 4 copywriters, brainstorming with them to inspire creative ideas & design solutions by leveraging emerging technologies on digital for Major Indian and MNC brands across categories like FMCG, alcoholic beverages, tourism, finance etc.With the advent of Social media more of the designs and campaign veered towards Facebook and so did our digital campaigns and designs.This was a golden period for me and my team, starting from 2012 to 2015 we won many National and International awards for some of the best works done on different brands.Milestones during this period:Winning a Gold at DMA Echo International 2015 for Diu Tourism website along with winning metals at various regional and national awards. Dove 'Mystery beauty treatment' video got us 1 silver and 2 bronze at DMA Echo Asia Pacific 2015 awards in effectiveness, product and branded video categoryDove 'Save the doll' won Gold at DMA Echo Asia Pacific 2015 for Creative - Retargeting and re- marketing.Johnnie Walker 'India 2023' FB app walked away with a Gold and Silver in creative and effectiveness categories respectively at DMAi Echo 2014. Asthma Society of India's 'Diwali banner' won us a Silver ABBY in the innovative banner category.

My first step into a big agency, as a trainee I was assisting various creative teams in creating designs and animations. Milestone during this period included creating a roadblock Flash animation for Jet Airways which garnered the highest ever clicks on an ad banner for Yahoo India that year. Also was feted by the Jet Airways and American Express clients for finishing projects under tight deadlines.

My initiation into the digital world, around the time of the Dotcom burst in India. eDeltaC was a small startup digital communication agency. My work involved creating GIF banners, e-mailer designs and flash animation based demos for brands like ICICI direct.com, ICICI Prudential and ICICI SIG.
