I strongly believe that who I am and who I shall become is the conglomeration of multiple facets of my life – My childhood, Family, Friends and especially experiences. That is one of the main reasons I chose to dabble in various aspects of life apart from the usual path education directed me towards, very early in my life.I am a Career driven person, with a passion for striving amidst a challenging environment; always looking to upgrade and update my skillset.I found myself increasingly engaged and fascinated by the Youth Wing of Rotary International, Rotaract – my first burning passion that proved to be essential in shaping who I'm. I found a new culture which aligned much to my core self and I was able to help them grow while polishing my interpersonal skills as well. Such was my drive and desire towards Rotaract, that I was elected as our club’s undisputed president for two terms. This was the part of my life that I realized that I excelled in leadership and management skills. I chose a totally new field of work which was in its introductory phase in my country and decided to not give in to peer-pressure and follow the regular trend that is booming– a decision that I will not regret in the longer run.Something that I love about operations & consulting is the opportunity to work with people from a wide range of disciplines.
