Aml Analyst - Client Onboarding
Current- Followed Client Services Procedures and Processes to ensure accurate, smooth and seamless on-boarding for Capital Markets clients and front-office- Performed complex risk reviews for existing in Client Onboarding system - Acted as the single point of contact for the client by addressing their issues and concerns and provided resolutions to their on-boarding queries- Conducted research and inquiry to obtain document requirements for the initiation of on-boarding Capital Markets clients to CIBC. - Reached out to the client and requested documentation for on-boarding purposes- Ensured the client is followed up with to obtain all documentation and disseminate relevant information to the respective internal teams.- Requested all client reference data and ensured the correct reference data is set-up for the client in systems and applications.- Escalated issues surrounding the on-boarding process for the clients covered.- Served as the single point of contact for front office sales and internal departments for queries surrounding the onboarding of clients
