- Prepare, compile and analyse consolidated financial statements of Business Unit - Develop financial planning processes, design and implement overall business plans by enforcing and monitoring policies and procedures within APAC BU- Co-ordinate and direct the preparation of the monthly financial forecast and annual budget with focus on economic model evolution and Group target- Lead all aspects of accounting operations for the region ensuring accuracy and predictability over financial transactions & reporting - Business partnering with focus on margin and profitability growth at project level- Support BU to achieve financial targets through in-depth analysis and co-ordinate for allocations/cost share among BUs within regions. - Ensure compliance with organisation policies and best practices within regions.. - Supervise COE and BPO teams and review their activities to ensure accuracy of GL & Trial balance. - Evaluation of all existing Commercial models of contracts to improve competitiveness resulting better margins through adequate cost management and resource planning- Evaluate proposal for restructuring cost and monitor capital expenditure- Research and guide regions within APAC on technical accounting issues for compliance- Coordinate with Internal and External Auditors. Address all their observations and ensure clean report.

- Control P&L with 150 M€ external revenue for Infra UK BU and manage all finance & accounting operations.- Prepare Monthly accounts, Forecast, Annual Budget, perform trend analysis with budget as well as previous year’s data and ensuring predictability of numbers.- Control and manage Business Development & Support Function expenditure along with Pyramid management to improve operating profit.- Manage complex projects to ensure stable margins, revenue recognition as per IFRS norms and risk management.- Review and sign off monthly Balance Sheet Reconciliation.- Review and sign off complete project accounting and AP/ AR/ Fixed asset/Inter Company/ Collections processes handled by India and Poland BPO teams. Transformation - Set up Infrastructure Service (SBU of Capgemini) UK Finance Offshore controlling team under Transformation initiative- Transformation involved transitions related to FP&A & MIS functions (Controllership & Reporting). Expanded the size from 2 FTE to 21 senior professionals dedicated to Project & Business Unit controlling & Accounting from offshore.

- Month and Yearly GL Close which includes recognition sales and COGS, booking accruals and market related sales commissions for over 200+ markets and 175+ products which GSK deals in.- Review of ageing analysis of Debtors and interact with Sales team to ensure adequate actions are taken for overdue debts and cash collection and help the sales team with details required. - Ensure AP balances are correctly stated in monthly Financial Statements along with all Intercompany balances with other legal entities are reduced to less than £100K.- Variance analysis: it includes review of Balance Sheet and Profit & Loss on monthly basis (Budgets vs. forecast vs. actual).- Preparation and review of all Balance Sheet Reconciliation monthly as required for SOX compliance and ensure all open items in reconciliations which needs to be acted upon are cleared on a timely manner.- Manage team of 8 professionals within Financial Reporting group.

Bangalore

- US GAAP Month Closure (India Unit- Revenue 1.4 Billion USD), Review Accenture Team (responsible for Transaction processing and regular journal Voucher Posting).- India GAAP Statutory Account preparation and Audit and SOX Control review (Monthly).- Capitalisation and Revenue recognition adequacy for Monthly and yearly Accounts.

Bangalore

- Indian GAAP (Yearly) and US GAAP (monthly) reporting for HP India Entity, which includes reporting for Revenue, Fixed Asset, Warranty and Balance sheet- Deferred Revenue and Cost analysis for revenue recognition on multiple element arrangement contract- Controls over Accounts Receivable and Fixed Asset to ensure they are correctly stated as per US GAAP requirement monthly basis and for India GAAP yearly basis.- Accounting and Control over Sales Commission. - Preparation and review of the Indian GAAP Financial Statement and Lead the audit for the same.- Coordinate with the Cost Auditor for the cost audit of two manufacturing units in India.- SOX control review on a month to month basis for HP APAC Entity. ( Design and control)- Variance analysis of Income Statement and Balance Sheet based on US GAAP (Budget Vs Actual vs forecast).
