As the Product lead for DashPass Growth and Acquisition of new TAMs, I developed and executed a strategy to 1) Expand TAMs 2) Reinvent partnerships 3) Build extensible platforms that lower cost to innovate and improve time-to-market.• Envisioned and built the Partnership Platform, a new service to onboard enterprise partners such as Chase and MasterCard in 2 days vs 3-5 months. • Formulated a roadmap that unblocked expansion into high-value customer segments -- students (via Student Plan, DashPass gifting, and Influencers program.

• Led a portfolio of solutions and team of PMs to drive key managed solutions and sub offerings of CloudWatch: ServiceLens, Container Insights, and Lambda Insights. Owned the 3-to-5 year product roadmaps to drive differentiated value across each offering, while ensuring consistency and interoperability in the user experience. • Developed the strategic vision and Go-To-Market playbook for AWS’s entry into the Application Performance Management (APM) market, aligning investments across AWS Services that drove S-Team level visibility for strategic resourcing. • Conceptualized and delivered AWS’s flagship Observability solution, ServiceLens at re:Invent 2019, bringing together metrics, logs, and traces under a single experience.

• Owned product roadmap and P&L of CloudWatch Logs and Dashboards, driving over 100PB of log data customer base. Interfaced with teams across US and Ireland to deliver 12+ critical customer facing features. • Led the new product development life cycle of analytics offering Logs Insights, from conception to user experience, pricing, marketing, to launch. Created product differentiation playbook of Logs Insights vs other offerings for sale enablement, to help customers identify the tools that best fits their use cases. • Drove the pricing update and strategy to Logs by demarcating types of logs into vended and custom. Delivered a growth of vended logs by XXX% YoY with the introduction of tiered pricing.

- Optimized product offering and catalog selection for Amazon’s newest venture of 1 & 2 hour delivery services- Prime Now by performing extensive market research and understanding competitor assortments.- Implemented a new method of categorizing items - a hierarchical structure of product offerings known that enabled Amazon to identify brand gaps and on board items popular in the market.

Cloud Operations: R.M.D.A (Release Management and Delivery Architecture)-Coordinated the planning and delivery of various landscape design for platforms of cloud based products - SAP Business By Design and other On-Demand solutions. Eliminated redundant tasks based on criticality, durability, resource consumption and worked towards improving the setup processes.-Led the Performance topic for Cloud solutions from India - Solved real-time customer issues in performance by mapping multiple root causes to systemic, structural or platform based errors/delays for process improvement.

-Overall topic owner for System Setup in India & Germany, created new strategies mainly focused on removal cycle of various solutions such as Sales OnDemand, Travel OnDemand.-Simplified the reporting style of monitoring the performance of the platforms by automating the process; provided a central tool to collect system inputs and generate status mails.

- Automated analysis reports using HTML5 and .NET solutions meant to aggressively improve visibility of deliveries & load reduction by initiating a strategic solution resulting 1/6th effort reduction.- Setup more than 10 landscapes to facilitate software development by formulating a process based on timelines.

Solved various problems arising in the intranet by implementing a system management solution meant to isolate problem areas for every network, while dealing with complexities of essential requirements. Accelerated response time by designing a network with organized connectivity to monitor/update/manage their systems in various departments while keeping security as the highest priority. Enabled a low complexity Web based solution for easy file transfer and exchange of other data under the high security defense basics.
