VDA has unrivaledinternational reputation and, since its incorporation back in the 80s, has constantly grownand strengthened its business under the same ownership.Project Roles:- Managing all projects under operation and delegating all newly awarded projects.- Undertaking periodic inspections and quality checks for on-going installations.- Coordinate with the Sales and pre-sales team in system design as per client requirement and providing technical clarifications.- Oversee Site Surveys taken by project engineers.- Attending pre sales meetings at sites with the Client Contractors and other Engineering teams to provide technical overview and clarifications.- Attending contractors meetings and coordinating with various teams on site.- Formulating the project master plan and project schedule for the projects.- Review work progress reports, submittals, handover documents.- Handling any and all escalations from projects.Other Responsibilities:- Handle all escalations of support cases and troubleshooting.- Primary point of contact between projects team and R&D.- Scope analysis of new solutions and third party integrations.

Project Roles:• Undertake new IPTV/ HITV projects.• Prepare project plans/schedules for all the projects.• Resource & Process flow management.• Coordinate with the Sales and pre-sales team in system design as per client requirement and providing technical clarifications.• Conducting Site Surveys.• Attending pre sales meetings at sites with the Client Contractors and other Engineering teams to provide technical overview and clarifications.• Attending contractors meetings and coordinating with various teams on site.• Installation, configuration, testing and commissioning of systems.• Inspection, supervision and reporting of technical site work.• Preparing Progress reports, submittals and handover documents.• Provide training for Client Marketing and Technical teams on system operation.• Coordinate with Sales team in setting up mockups and demonstrations of the system to potential clients.

Managing and servers and network infrastructureSoftware implementation & administration

Roles:Responsible for Implementation of Windows 2000/NT server for new facilitiesSetting Up & Administration of network consisting of multiple windows 2000 server and client desktopsSystem Administration tasks on Windows 2000/ NT servers.Implementing Network Fax servers using GFI Faxmaker and RelayFaxTroubleshooting & maintenance of desktop PCs.Planning & Tracking of team members activities.Coordinating with customers for various Support issues & maintaining max. Uptime.
