Responsibilities:• Develop relationships with potential customers, which has led to an increase in sales• Follow up on inquiries via email, internet forms, and phone calls to ensure customers have all the information they need in order to make an informed purchase.• Negotiate deals on buying automobiles to the satisfaction of both the customer and the dealership with an average customer satisfaction score of 95%.• Educate customers on the features, options, and packages on a range of make and model of vehicles to assist them in making a purchase that fits their needs and budget.• Provided detailed demonstrations of vehicle functionality and options and facilitated test drives.• Preparing weekly & Monthly Sales Planning in land with Target.• Penetrate all targeted accounts and radiate sales from within client base• Develop sales opportunities by researching and identifying potential accounts• Enter new customer data and update changes to existing accounts in the corporate database
