Last year my role shifted to include more managerial responsibilities while remaining involved in development tasks. I primarily focused on managing Jira tickets, creating solution architectures for features, documenting them, conducting code reviews, and managing production releases of over 30 clients for both iOS and Android. ◉ I was responsible for managing iOS and Android releases for all 30 clients.◉ Managed mobile app related tasks and JIRA tickets listed for Sprints by Delivery Manager and TechLead.◉ Integrated reCAPTCHA Enterprise with the app and there was no package for it and I had to develop our own package for reCAPTCHA Mobile SDK. There were some issues with the scores users were getting from Google and I had to work closely with the Google support team to explain it to the product team and partnership team members.

As a founding member of the mobile app development team, I played a pivotal role in creating a cross-platform mobile application solution for a white-labeled sports and racing betting platform using Flutter. I spearheaded the development of some key features and took responsibility for the initial mobile app UI and UX. Our app has been successfully launched for over 30 clients primarily in Australia, New Zealand, and recently expanded to the UK. Throughout the project, we tackled numerous regulatory requirements, including real-time odd updates, geolocation restrictions, biometric authentications, payment gateway integrations, and more. Our implementation overcame these challenges, aided by the clean architecture and the BLoC pattern.◉ Continue to manage Codemagic CI/CD workflows to deploy new releases to clients.◉ Migrated the Flutter 1.2.6 code repository to the Flutter null safety 2.10.5◉ Enhanced authentication by implementing biometric authentication alongside password encryption and decryption using AES. ◉ Integrated the Zepto payment gateway and worked with Poli, FirstData, NAB, and Eway payment gateways.

I recently joined the Zonzon team as a UI/UX consultant, and my role involves providing valuable insights to enhance the app's user experience. After carefully examining the current version and understanding Zonzon's mission, the team and I decided to undertake a complete redesign of the app, focusing on improving both the UI and UX.◉ Completely revamped the current version of the Zonzon mobile app. The goal was not just to enhance the visual appeal but also to ensure smooth and engaging user interactions.◉ Introduced new features to align with Zonzon's mission of connecting micro-communities.

As I progressed in my career, I transitioned into the role of a System Engineer. However, my responsibilities evolved to encompass more development-oriented tasks. I had the chance to work on innovative projects that involved leveraging Microsoft products such as PowerApps, Flow, PowerBI, SharePoint, asp.Net, and C#. These opportunities allowed me to engage in out-of-the-box development and expand my skills in utilizing these tools effectively.◉ Strengthened my understanding of document management systems and their use cases. Conducted end-user trainings for both local and international clients, which significantly boosted my self-confidence.◉ Recognizing my development skills, my team lead entrusted me with the responsibility of developing software solutions using Microsoft Power Apps and Flows. This allowed me to automate various internal and external client processes, such as petty cash approval, leave approval, document signing, and employee onboarding systems.

This is my first professional experience starting as an intern. However, I was promoted within a period of 3 months based on my performance and dedication. I chose to focus on systems engineering because I felt that my degree did not cover much of computer networking and was specific to software development. My responsibilities primarily involved handling customer introductions to the software after the development phase was over.◉ During this period, I took on the task of familiarizing myself with all the current projects and products developed and sold by the company and I had to work hard to solve any problems our customers faced. Considering the high support requests received on a daily basis, I addressed them efficiently and resolved them within short time frames.
