• Looking after dispatches and the formalities for the same like preparation for Excisable & Non Excisable Invoice and Finished Goods.• Prepare Daily FG & Raw Material Stock Report.• Exercisable of Dispatches after receipt of sale order from the sales departments.• Co- ordination with the production department for completing jobs so that material can be dispatches with the time Frame.• Co- ordination with scrap dealers for lifting the scrap accumulated in scrap yard as and when required.• Responsible for documentation for material discrepancies, transportation damage.• Daily Work Monitoring so as to surface out the root causes leading to deviations from actual Production plan.• Targeting 100% Schedule (Volume & Model Mix) adherence.• Responsible for maintaining 100% “FIFO for critical components.• Daily Shortage reports generation according to production plan.• Looking For Transportation and Logistics.• Maintaining all the data also trained to Operate SAP systems.• Monitor the physical inventory accuracy of each Material and to ensure it to be above 99% in comparison to the SAP Inventory by Plant and storage location. Ensure that each Material follows the SAP Physical Inventory Process at each month end, by recording the physical inventory into SAP.• Ensure storage design in a manner to economize on total space required and to maximize space utilization, with minimum capital expense.• Managing warehouse operations ensuring optimum inventory levels to achieve maximum cost savings with minimum holding of stock.• Maintaining the stock of material without any variance by conducting stock verification and documentation.• Fill up all the E way bill through GST portal.• Maintain proper coordination with planning department.• Transport Planning: Managing daily transport planning and distribution of the fleet in different location in the best possible way. Selection of the mode of transport keeping the cost effectiveness & urgency of the requirement.
