Managing the audit and compliance programs for all Postal Services, Mail Network ( Letters, Delivery, Regional and Rural) and Parcel Services (Parcel/Gateway Operations, Pick Up and Delivery Network, and Transport Operations) and actively involved in the Nationalisation of the Internal Control Checks (ICC) and the Online Corrective Actions Register (OLCAR) implementation into the Australia Post Network.

Revenue Collection Officer ,Finance & Services VIC/TAS. Performing Revenue Collection Audits to facilitate effective revenue collection and recovery at sites across Victoria, including Process Improvement Program audits (PIP), which includes Bulk Mail Partner (BMP) customers.

In 1993, transferred to the Mail Operations ( State Mail Centre) as a Senior Mail Officer and went on to become a Process Line Manager. Within this period, I also worked as a Mailing Agent, State Mail Centre Bulk Counter dealing with mailing houses.

Started my career with Australia Post as a Postal Services Controller, Retail East Network VIC.
