• Review approved designs competently to distinguish all the requirements for tests and inspections and ensure the safety in all operations at the jobsite.
• Review shop drawings presented by the Consultant against project specification and local codes.
• Inspection of Facade installation at site as per approved Project documentation and best practices in the industry.
• Conduct the verification of construction material quality with reference to approved documents.
• Witness mock-up testing and controlled dismantling.
• Coordination on site and investigation of failures.

• Attend to business enquiries, prepare bids and proposals for the prospective Clients.
• Execution of multiple projects from concept design to completion.
• Review preliminary design intent and advise/recommend appropriate façade systems.
• Participate in meetings/discussions/workshops with the project team which include Client Architect, the other consultants and contractors.
• Manage Client/Consultant’s needs as well as coordinate with façade contractors to secure the project deliverables.
• Evaluate pre-qualification submittals, assess façade tenders and conduct tender clarification interviews.

• Ensure the establishment of the quality management system and its implementation and maintenance in accordance with the ISO 9001 Standard.
• Report on the performance of the quality system to the Executive Manager – Projects (Alum. Divn.) For review as a basis for improvement of the quality system.
• Organise Management Review meetings.
• Manage the day-to-day operations of the quality management system as required by procedures.
• Review, with managers, the quality system in their departments as and when required.
• Establish the internal quality audit plan and co-ordinate with auditors.

• Executing and monitoring all projects testing from drawing stage to its fabrication, erection, testing and then dismantling.
• Liaising with Independent facade testing agencies for test related documents, cost finalization and review of final test report from them before submitting to client for formal approval.
• Reviewing and approving all test mock-up drawings prepared by designers prior to formal submittal for Consultant’s approval.
• Prepare Test mock-up feedback reports on the modifications carried out including recommendations (If any) to be incorporated by design, production and Project Management teams to ensure easy and weathertight.
• Provide technical support to all Project Management teams (PMT) in discussion with Executive Manager (Engg. Dept.) and further assist them to solve technical inquiries raised by Consultant/Contractor/Client concerning.
• Preparation of die drawings to send to extruders (Aluminium, PVC and Gaskets). Reviewing and approving die drawings and extrusion samples from all extruders. Coordinating also the status of these extrusion samples with.
