She carried her professional experience in Training & Project Management of over 20 yrs.Sudeshna is a Project management Professional, trained in CADD, who received her formal education as M.Sc. in Zoology with B.Ed. and additionally Masters In Computer Application. She had also been selected for Goldman Sacchs Entrepreneurship MBA from ISB.Prior to establishing DIGITECH-HR Sudeshna was a school teacher for 14 years not only in Kolkata but also in Bangalore.
