A Master's degree in English with relevant experience in training and coordinating individuals has been my strength all along and it has helped me to improvise myself too. I am passionate about writing and have done quite a few freelancing assignments on several topics. Preparing academic solutions for school students is also one of my domains. My primary exposure as a professional is with the BPO which has been quite challenging with the varied processes that I have dealt with. In course of time, I have learned varied techniques of communication skills related to client approach, survey, or support. I am a fast learner and can reluctantly adjust to variable situations.
