• Support the development and implementation of end to end company HR initiatives and systems and provide counselling on policies and procedures• Handle employee recruitment process, starting from JD finalisation by collaboration with various business units; candidate screening and initial interview process• Create and implement effective onboarding plans• Develop training and employee engagement and development programs• Assist in performance management process and manage appraisal cycles• Maintain employee records (attendance, EEO data) according to policy and legal requirements and maintain MIS data• Manage and monitor employee claims to adhere company guidelines; review employment and working conditions to ensure legal compliance• Support the management of disciplinary and grievance issues
