Role Description. Work with Hiring managers to identify their staffing needs through active listening, reviewing job descriptions and fulfilling the position with the right candidate.. Plan recruiting sources depending on requirement volume, adhere to SLAs and Budgets.. Sourcing of candidates from various job portals, employee referrals and job advertisements for different clients.. Screened applicants appropriately, conducting preliminary telephonic interviews and evaluate potential candidates based on qualification, experience, communication skills.. Scheduling of interviews for candidates who were shortlisted after preliminary interviews from the clients.. Follow up with candidates who have been offered and ensure joining on agreed joining date.. Provided guidance and direction as the primary source of information for all new recruiters.. Assign team members with the daily/weekly/monthly targets to achieve and monitor the performance and achievement.. Attend client calls and discussions to understand the requirements and prepare a recruitment plan for hiring.
