Role Description. Work with Hiring managers to identify their staffing needs through active listening, reviewing job descriptions and fulfilling the position with the right candidate.. Plan recruiting sources depending on requirement volume, adhere to SLAs and Budgets.. Sourcing of candidates from various job portals, employee referrals and job advertisements for different clients.. Screened applicants appropriately, conducting preliminary telephonic interviews and evaluate potential candidates based on qualification, experience, communication skills.. Scheduling of interviews for candidates who were shortlisted after preliminary interviews from the clients..
