Responsible for maintaining accounts and preparing financials for the company and its group. Handled accounts payable, accounts receivable, prepare budgets, cash flow statement on weekly basis, provide inputs for payroll, filing quarterly reports, bank reconciliation, prepare cost sheet and analysis to management and sales, inventory accounting and advise on stock levels, prepare monthly schedules for financials and present it to management for discussions. Periodically calculate sales commission for representatives and deal also with insurance companies for liability arising out of theft, missing items and damages.

Manage the entire finance department of US operations and offshore operations in Chennai Responsibilities include setting up internal controls, accounts receivable management, maintain cash flow, prepare monthly financial statement for review. Prepare and update annual budgets and forecasts on a quarterly basis, analyze actual performance to budget and prepare responses to variances and present the monthly financial package to Management. Liaise with the bank for overdraft limits and established a line of credit for US and offshore operations. Set up and maintain General Liability, Workers Compensation Insurance and Health Insurance for employees, Renew Business tax licenses and prepare Secretary of State licensing, Annual Property Tax returns and provide information for Annual Income tax filings.
