Sudha Ravishankar is an academician who effortlessly weaves industry best practices with a solid grounding in theory.With 28 years of work experience spanning broadcast media (All India Radio and Doordarshan) to teaching programs in marketing, advertising and journalism, she is now bringing her learnings together while pursuing her PhD from Symbiosis University, Pune. She has published and presented research papers related to advertising, culture ,media and communication and is a published author.She is visiting faculty at various colleges in Mumbai University after retiring from KC College's Department of Mass Media, including Ruia College, SIA, NMIMS and Deviprasad Goenka College of Media.She has multiple degrees in Commerce, Library Science and Mass Media from reputed institutions across India.She currently has one podcast — Transcending Dimensions — for People with Special needs and will soon be hosting one exclusively for media academics.
