During the said period handled case proceedings before the Hon’ble High Court of Chennai, Arbitral Tribunals, Company Law Board, Debts Recovery Tribunals, Debt Recovery Appellate Tribunal, State Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, District Consumer Dispute Redressal Forums (headed the team for DRT, DRAT and Consumer Courts), Mediation Proceedings with respect to matters pertaining to Original Civil Jurisdiction, Appellate Jurisdiction; The Companies Act, 1956; The Consumer Protection Act, 1986; The Securitisation and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Securities Act, 2002; Recovery of Debts due to Bank and Financial Institutions Act, 1993; The Hindu Marriage Act, 1955 and Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 apart from extensive drafting of suits, petitions, original applications, interim applications, reply statements, counter affidavits, legal notices and documents; briefing Senior Counsel, research work and client counselling. During the said period, had also given legal opinion and conducted legal audit for a nationalized bank.
