 I work as the Senior Technology Consultant who manages the Server infrastructure of Crawford Software remotely I am a single point of contact in helping clients with any kind of technical issues faced on the infrastructure side and the ERP application side. Planning the Environment for on-premise setup of Epicor and Syspro Products. Giving hardware recommendations and consulting on the type of products to purchase. Provide End to End consultation of the Server Hardware and configuration requirements for the Client. Setting up Windows Server 2019, 2016, 2012 R2, 2008 R2, MS SQL Server 2014, 2016 and 2019, IIS Server and Epicor 10 Setting up the infrastructure in Load Balancing Environment for the ERP software. The configuration of the Windows Server's, database server and the Epicor products. Backing up SQL database and restoring it. Installing and configuring Epicor Kinetic 2022 product. Installing and configuring Epicor Service Connect, XLConnect and XLBroadcast. Installing and configuring Epicor SLS solutions (Senior living solutions) Installing and Configuring Epicor HCM (Human Capital Management) Providing E10 System Admin Training to the clients Installing and configuring Syspro 7 and Syspro 8 2022 R2 for New Clients and Helping Clients with all the technical queries Have worked on Syspro upgrade from Syspro 6 to Syspro 8 2022 R12 Worked on Syspro AI Configuration, Syspro Bot Configuration and Syspro Harmony Configuration Managing and Supporting the Clients on all the System related and ERP Application related issues Have Migrated Complete infrastructure from the On-Premise Environment to the VMware Cloud environment and presently working to move another On-Premise Setup to Azure Cloud. * Installing and configuring riteSCAN 8 for the Clients* Installing Spindle (Drayscir) and configuring the same for the Clients Have worked and delivered more than 30+ Projects.

 Was working on Cases created by customers through email and Phone call. Was helping customers install Microsoft Office product by accessing the customers computer re-motely. Was also helping customers fix issue with virus, updates, silver light and any issue with respect to Windows 7. Was helping customers with issue related to Outlook, PowerPoint, Publisher, Picture manager and Microsoft Works. Was mostly supporting United States and Canadian customer.
