In my last assignment as an Executive Director was responsible for the Monitoring and Governance framework implementation which had gone a long way in enabling the Group to improve upon its operations, Progress Monitoring Systems, cutting down on its inefficiencies, timely identification of its deficiencies, minimization of wastages, effective and optimum utilization of resources, adopting Robust Internal and External Compliance Management System, Fixing KPI’s and KRA’s for Individuals and departments, revisiting the Performance Appraisal System. I look forward to being involved at the strategic and advisory level and thereby support the Management in resolving Governance Issues, Improving the Efficiencies and Effectiveness of the Operations, Optimization of Resources, directing the Techno-commercial Audits, Implementation of Internal and External Compliance Management System, Due Diligence Study for Business Expansion, Risk Management & Mitigation and Loan Syndication.
