 Monitor current state design effectiveness of Technology related controls and support the design and continuous development of technology controls to drive improved operating efficiency and effectiveness.Coordinating testing schedules across geographies (globally) and working with stakeholders to assess the change, incident, problem, platforms and business continuity control’s effectiveness and drive the most efficient outcomes for Tribes and Technology Domains Enact delivery upon completion of assessments and ensure that delivery adheres to agile practices maintained by the company. Manage and maintain key controls design artefacts including the documentation of control test scripts and artefacts to be used to test design effectiveness. Provide advice, guidance and influencing Tribes, Technology Domains toward suitable remediation activities for detected control deficiencies. Tracking all the exceptions for timely closure of the same and complete, the assessment of controls as part of various initiatives initiated within the team. Knowledge on Agile Methodologies and participated in sprint planning and daily scrum meetings to touch base with whole team to discuss on the progress of the assessments and to get solutions to the blockers identified. Collaboratively worked with the Panther Development team to developing a new automated platform to perform the controls testing activity. The development activity includes discussion to gather requirements from Team members, providing business and technical requirements to the development team, performing the impact analysis, UAT and BVT for the major release. Further discussions on Enhancement/ new requirements are in progress with the internal team and the development team and the release are scheduled in the near future.

 Providing effective reporting and improvement of compliance, risk, vulnerability, security management in line with Infrastructure standards, agreed operating levels and business priorities. Accountable for the maintaining vulnerability advisory, Hotfixes and Patches and global ANZ internal networks. Participates in risk, compliance, vulnerability and security management process. Ensure Bank’s compliance and audit requirements are met by following operational procedures. Ensure quality outcomes are delivered, in line with SLA’s, to maximize satisfaction of the business owners and ensure the risks and treatment plan are in place.

 Key responsibility in the Software Asset & License Management (SAM) team managing services related to assets (both hardware and software) on behalf of GPM and to a greater extent common software used by ANZ Global. To manage service requests related to SAM Scope of Service, related to management of asset, license, procurement, vendor, compliance, contract and agreements, and budget. To be familiar with the asset procurement process via ANZ procurement systems – ARIBA (which may be different in different geographical region), including Purchase Requisition (PR), Invoicing, Outstanding payment, and resolving any procurement related issues. Manage/drive the Asset Harvesting Process, working with different teams to achieve the objective to optimize existing asset capacity Contract Management, and manage timely contract renewal, negotiation, and ensuring that ANZ’s interested is protected from in the contractual terms. This process ranges from business requirement identification, business case validation/sponsorship, budget approval. Software License Management, especially in the Licensing knowledge, copyright knowledge and product use rights for – Microsoft, Oracle, SAP, Symantec, Adobe, IBM, etc. Technical and business support for asset risk and compliance via ANZ Asset Management Tool – Flexnet Manager Platform. Supporting business requirements for quality reporting, information analysis, and asset optimization.

 Managing Work Request, Incidents & Change requests Categorizing and assigning tickets with effective documentation to various teams as required with timely follow up till case closure. Mounting & Dismounting Mail stores, Recovering Deleted emails, Mailbox Delegations, Mailbox issues. Troubleshooting OWA and ID Creation. Worked on VM shell creation, assigning of new VDI using Desktop Director.  Have spent time on training the newly joined team members, performing Audits & suggested & implemented process improvement plans. Assist the lead in managing the team on his behalf. Part of the Process Transition for Applications RCD & IDM, MOS/ MAP/ Efile.  Was a part of the Shared folder Automation & LAN ID Creation Automation, performed testing of the automation tool & assisted the automation team to implement the tool in production environment.
