 Planning of material requirement as per the Production plan & Bill of materials for solar colds storages and solar pump controllers Responsible for new vendor selection, vendor development, contract finalizations purchasing of Mechanical ,electrical , Electronics parts for solar Pump controllers and cold storage. Sub-Contacting & Agreements – Fabrications of solar panel structure / soldering of PCBs/ Electrical Wiring assembly. Techno-commercial negotiations with vendors and selection of best deal based on TCO. Purchase order, Service Order, subcontract PO, consumable PO, and import PO, Return PO,Inter company stock transfer PO creation in SAP MM. Imports & custom clearance . Frequent Supplier visit in case of urgency and shortages / vendor evaluations, vendor rating & Timely delivery of materials and ensure on time supplies for smooth operations. Improvement in SOP for procurement as per industry standards. Timely Review of schedule in case of demand fluctuations. Timely removal of RTVs (supplier rejection) , Review of rejected materials & replacement with warranty terms & condition. Supplier scheduling based on input of SIOP (sales, inventory, and operations planning)/ marketing. Assessment and coordination of innovations – project alternative source developments / consolidations /rationalizations strategy decision etc. Knowledge of APQP,PPAP , Kaizen activities.5S,AV/VE Responsible for end to end supply chains to smooth run of productions. Defining Weekly /Monthly budget for better supply chain Planning & Vendors payments planning with coordination of finance Departments. Having knowledge of ABC Analysis, idea of Min –Max and inventory Management Keep regular update on Raw materials fluctuation in commodities like copper, Aluminum,Steel – BME/LME. Forecasting for long lead items and alternative sourcing in case of demand fluctuations and better supply chains managements.

 Responsible for New vendor selections, Vendor developments, Purchasing of materials and bought out Items like Sheet metal parts, aluminous extrusion, casting parts, Materialshandling trolley, Machining process, power coating. Hot deep galvanization for structure fasteners & Tools. Material planning for material handling racks, storages, aluminum extrusion, Rubber parts. Determination of requirement, Determination of source of supply, RFQ, Vendor selection, Purchase order processing, PO monitoring, Goods receipt, Invoice verification, Payment processing. Negotiation with global supplies and domestic suppliers and do the cost down to increase the company profit. Identifications / evaluations vendors for casting, forging, Press tools (sheet metals), shearing, bending, laser cutting, powder coating, rubber coating, electroplating, and blacodizing. Costing various Bill of materials, processes, parts & project. Keep regular update on Raw materials fluctuation in commodities like MS metal, aluminous,SS materials. Analysis of total cost of ownership ( BOM, overall cost structure assembly cost , warranty ,packaging transportation and tooling cost) Prepare report on past due, Min- max, Inventory, ASN aging, receipt transactions & demand Filters. Vendor communications, GAP analysis, scope finalizations, project activity planning and executions.

 Identifications /Evaluations of potential suppliers and supplier Managements. Commodities handled (mechanical- electrical) Like MS Angle, channel, Pipes, HR CR sheet, Electrical panels, wire harnesses, cables / Electrical accessories for sugar plant and Boilerplant. Fabrication of structural materials , Handling Parts like -Centrifugal feed water pumps, all types of valves, Air compressors. Material planning, strategic sourcing, supplier Development and follow up to ensure compliance and delivery, Quality and cost Requirements. RFQ, Evaluation of vendors, comparison and costing and vendor selections. Continuous assessments of local suppliers and to maintain supplier base. To arrange meeting for Technical discussion, negotiation & finalization of purchase orders  OEM drawing, specification and technical documents send for approval to design department. Involved in trial and inspection of the items at suppliers end. Tracking various shipments and arrange to deliver material at company/ direct to sites with minimizing freight costs & timely delivery. Proper communication with account for clarification of vendor payments. Inventory management and VA/VE.
