I contribute to SHV Energy, a leading multinational in the LPG sector, through my work at the Tuticorin Super Gas Terminal. I began my journey with the terminal project, leading the instrument erection and commissioning efforts.Key responsibilities include:• Overseeing Site Acceptance Tests (SAT) and Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT) for seamless system integration using ABB DCS and Rockwell Automation PLCs.• Commissioning critical components such as compressors, blending units, bullets, and loading bays, while enhancing terminal automation.• Successfully executing the Terminal Automation System project, showcasing my skills in DCS logic development and problem-solving.Previously, my focus was on DCS maintenance and troubleshooting. Key achievements include:• Led five major overhauling projects, performing complete maintenance and calibration of critical turbine instruments such as vibration sensors and temperature elements.• Specialized in valve and actuator maintenance, particularly focusing on power cylinder maintenance.• Ensured the reliability and optimal performance of instrumentation systems vital to plant operations.

At BMC Titania, a leading titanium dioxide production company, I joined a dynamic project team dedicated to optimizing plant operations.
