Worked as an infrastructure Program manager and Account Focal for Blue Cross Blue shield Massachusetts (Jan’10 to May’12) & handled multiple projects with the team size of 10-30 resources.Worked on the IBM Internal security and compliance Program (Apr’10 to Dec’10) in order to streamline many processes for various account across all sectors of North America.Worked on the reverse Transition program as a project manager for Nissan Motors NA (Aug’08 – Mar’10) to reverse transition the services to HP.

Successfully handled the team of 47 Remote Support specialists while working on HP Global Machine Critical Transition program, Service Delivery and Operation. During my supervision team successfully handled all the System Health check and Patch Management reporting tasks with 100% SLA and CSAT 4.7/5.Initiated and completed Green Belt Program to improve efficiency of team resulted in the saving of 11 FTE with the help of Automation, process and template standardization.
