My work experience in a global project for PepsiCo has given me insights not only on cutting edge technologies but also on the corporate work culture. Later, I chose to work on functional aspects of business and switched to Indian Oil Corporation. I was instrumental in improving the production by 25% using the data driven results of the production log. My experience has given me considerable knowledge of the technical aspects of business and limited exposure to the complete business cycle. At the outset, I chose to do my MBA in Marketing Analytics from the University of Missouri and graduated in May 2016. Later, I worked as a Senior Business Analyst for Ciber at Ford Marketing, Sales, & Service Division analysing dealer systems, and manage tech renewal program. I worked as a Principal Data Analyst at Cubic Corporation. I was instrumental in defining HR KPIs and developed reporting framework to enable HR leadership take insightful actions. Furthermore, I was a part of the initiative to visualise HR data on Tableau.
