 Managing the End to End recruitment process from Sourcing, Screening of resumes to conducting interviews to closing the positions. Worked on both Contract staffing and Permanent staffing. Searching for the candidate according to the client requirement. Sourcing the profiles from job portals, database, and reference. Screening and short listing the candidate based on desired job profile. Tele interviewing the candidate initially to check their interest level, communication skill and technical skill.
