Working for Client as Project Director, • Ensures that all construction personnel are up to date with safety training and that projects run in an industry leading safe manner. • Works with Company HSSE to ensure that safety programs are in place, all personnel are fully trained and those operations on sites meet with company safety and construction process requirements. • Responds to requirements set by Project Management to direct all aspects of construction operations for the project planning and field construction. • Responsible for the performance of the construction department and construction efforts, in accordance with project execution plans, specifications, and contract documents, providing and controlling the labor, material, equipment, and subcontractors to accomplish the work. • Ensure all aspects of construction operations are executed as company policy dictates in regard to quality, safety, OSHA and utility specifications. • Recommends strategies to improve quality or reduce cost. • Ensures that all factors used in the production of construction estimates are current and appropriate for the executed plan. • Provides budgetary inputs to cost estimates and schedules for projects.
