- Been part of team in designing & developing IoT solution to Telecom operator to maintain & manage their Telecom infrastructure. This included multiple sensors & an IoT Gateway deployment per Telecom tower which would act as data aggregator & push the data to centralized InfraSTAT servers where further analysis on the data would be done & projected to customers in terms of dashboard for Fuel availability, Security alert, Power source usage etc. - Played a very critical role in managing the IT deliverables to customers aspart of my role in this startup organization. This remote monitoring system was used tomanage our systems deployed at client premises in Africa. - Responsible for TTSL & VMI projects. As Delivery Manager I was responsible to deliver products on Ring Back Tone, Voice Portal, SMS based services, USSD based services, WAP & Outbound Dialer to generate a revenue turnover of around Rs. 5 million per annum. Had a team of 15 members reporting to me.- VMI project was first of its kind where the Telecom VAS services were deployed on public cloud & provided as service to customers over SAAS model.- Effeciently worked on end-to-end product design, development & delivery- Participated in RFP's for new product delivery, prepared the SOW documents, interacted internally & with clients & have delivered the products ontime.- To manage day to day operational life cycle, meet contractual obligations, Designing Business Continuity, Disaster Recovery planning, testing and execution.- Maintain costs, delivery schedules, SLA's on-time and within budget of projects. Responsible for the development, execution, and reporting of the project plans to senior management. - Project Management responsibility for deployment of new products in current environment. Coordinate among internal and external project resources both technical and business for the successful delivery of project requirements. - Quarterly once review of business along with management & take necessary actions to enhance the business & revenue models on individual account. Successfully managed concurrent delivery of projects for TTSL & VMI. Have the ability to quickly assimilate new products and technologies.

- Responsible for product development and projects implementation that fulfills the end user needs and business goals internally to the team & to the client. - Working with cross-functional teams in the creation of technology products and solutions that interface with different technologies. Developed applications in a dynamic database intensive environment and managed the production process. - Gained experience working directly with customers, end-users and sales force to develop the product requirements. As a result developed 10+ products including an enterprise application over opensource.- I also managed a team of 12 members which took care of value added services to Vodafone subscribers. Responsible for entire team operations, to maintain the 99% uptime of all the real time services like IN Prepaid systems, GPRS, SMS, VMS & CRBT. - Was responsible for managing team KRA & metrics, to monitor the performance, appraisals, training and development of the team & to conduct the activities regularly for team motivation. - I was also one of the key person in the quality panel who worked for the SOX compliance through out Vodafone. As part of this activity I coordinated with various teams across the organization & worked with them to build the process & policies to SOX compliance level.

- My day-to-day activities involved managing a team of 15 members with 24*7 support. Build & ramp up the team with appropriate technical know how's to ensure successful delivery of the project. - Supporting the issues related to MBS over email with the use of a in house ticketing application MSE. Handling the technical escalations from the team for a faster resolution. - Build & improve the processes for effectively managing the day-to-day activities. Maintaining the SLA & performance standards. - Continuous Interaction with peers in Redmond & Fargo for sync of ideas between India & US team. - Regularly conducting team events for moral boosting. Regular updation of project dashboard with the team statistics & conducting weekly meeting with management to share the high lights & low lights of the team. Managing VAS for south India. - Responsible for administering Ericsson IN Prepaid systems serving 3 million subscribers across Karnataka, Andrapradesh & Tamilnadu which contributed to 80% of revenue for these three circles.- Defining commercial tariffs as per business team requirements, managing subscribers, administering traffic on prepaid system, daily reports generation. Worked on the Ericsson Billing Gateway for offline / postpaid billing purpose - Managing Ericsson UMS system that provides Voice, Fax & Email facility- Managing Ericsson GPRS SGSN node which provided the Mobile Internet facility to 1 million subscribers, configuring the system for new BSCs that interconnect through the DXC’s to handle end user traffic.- Managing the Celltick a cell-broadcasting application that broadcasts interactive messages in regular interval to the Mobiles. - Administering CMG SMSC system for the SMS messages, buffer size etc.

- Responsible for total IT infrastructure & Vendor management. - Performing installation, administration, upgrade, security, performance tuning, and disaster recovery services for Microsoft Winnt4.0, Win2k Advanced Servers & Workstations, IBM-AIX, HP-UX, Solaris, Linux, Cisco routers & Cisco Switches. - Installation & Configuration of Apache web servers, Send mail, INN (news), DNS, SFTP, SSH, NFS, NIS & Samba services. - Advising project teams on hardware and software solutions to meet their current and future needs.
