- Working closely with Product, Engineering, Operations, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to identify, define, collect, and track key business metrics for products and business processes, in order to derive meaningful insights, and build dashboards to communicate business trends to stakeholders, thus enabling data-driven decision making.- Gathering and consolidating analytics requirements, defining events and KPIs to track, creating dashboards, and deriving insights to monitor user engagement and measure the success of product features to suggest product changes.- Managing a team of analysts: responsibilities include hiring, mentoring, leading, and code review; setting up the end-to-end process for on-call analytics support to internal teams.- Conducting primary research to streamline and solve open-ended business problems, detect anomalies in the system followed by RCA, and testing new product releases.

- Transactions Failure PredictionDeveloping a system which monitors the online payment processing system by detecting anomalies in transactions, and accordingly generating alerts using Pandas, Datetime and Simple Mail Transfer Protocol in Python.- Merchant Churn ModelDefining churn as a data science problem, creating a basic feature set using merchants’ data and transactions’ data and using data analytics and data visualisation principles to gain insights and in turn predict potential churners, using Python, SQL and MS Excel.

Realisation of smart factories for small scale industriesThe project aimed at creating an Industry 4.0 prototype to assist Indian SMEs with Industrial Automation of the manufacturing business, the major tasks included :-- Back-end development for the prototype: accessing machine sensors' data, processing information, testing and generating both dynamic and static voice updates using Python and AWS.- Creating a database to maintain logs, and deploying an IoT dashboard to monitor system factors, machine operations and KPIs using Firebase with Python and ReactJS.

Going about and understanding various aspects of teaching and learning by interacting with students and on the basis of that, designing and facilitating activities for Interactive Teaching of Mathematics and its applications.

- Led a team of volunteers in teaching alphabet, numbers, spellings, sentence formation, counting principle and arithmetic operations to primary school children residing at Gandhi Ashram, GTB Nagar, New Delhi.- Gathered data and created a database in order to maintain a record of the academic and extra-curricular performances of the students.
