As a managing partner at Singularity, I have focused on streamlining and optimizing Facility management for small scale and large scale projects. We were among the pioneers of specialized residential facility management in Goa. We carved out a niche in this sector reaching a gross turnover exceeding 40 lakhs per annum with a employee base of more than 50 staff by the third year of operation from a boot-strap start. We provide staff, setup of administration process and streamlining of annual maintenance contracts.During the same period I was also involved in the setup of several start-up projects including a fleet management system for private commercial car owners in the radio taxi segment.We have currently diversified into luxury holiday villa rentals in Goa. We are also into corporate guest house management.Within this setup I have been handling the role of business development, strategy, branding and sales.

Worked in the microwave network planning team and the network management team for a total of 3 years. Led a team of 16 engineers assigned with the microwave back-end installation, commissioning and management during the 3G network upgrade for Reliance communications.Worked with the training department in NEC to conduct internal and external product training sessions.Implemented pilot projects for network management system across different operators.Optimized the planning process for the team to increase productivity and significantly reduce turn around time.Was nominated among a select few senior engineers to attend a specialized product training in NEC Japan headquarter.
