Responsible for managing software integration function across multiple Cisco middleware and application environments in a collaborative as well as independent environments . Primary responsibilities included feature management, stability management and build management of all associated technologies and application environments. Managed > 60 highly technical engineers as a part of this job. Established & implemented key processes and workflows for the function leading to the group being extremely efficient. Keenly pushed implementation and adaption of software investigation tools by cross pollinating the best in class available across the various products.Worked very closely with Cisco France and collaborated very strongly to deliver few programs jointly. A few other programs were delivered independently by my team.
