Incorporated new DP resulting in +35% distribution increase for FY’23 v/s ‘22 & value growth by +70% for FY’23 v/s ‘22.

- Maintain relationships with assigned level loyalty accounts across all brands of L'Oréal Professionnel in the assigned territory (North & Greater North Kolkata suburbs) to drive in-salon market share.- Meet/Exceed new partnerships and assigned Professional Products Division objectives as well as individual brand goals to drive profitable growth.- Represent each of the LP brands in the quest to help salon owners and stylists become better business partners, utilizing the current PPD strategic programs, as well as any new ones developed. - Managing retail products industry working with a distributor-based organization and structure. - Enrolment of salons into various training modules about Hygiene & Safety and conversion of businesses towards E-Tailing and Social Commerce in the wake of Covid19.
