Active partnering with the senior management in these groups, to plan, formulate and run HR initiatives.4.Grievance handling and effective redressal for all the 600 employees.5.Interpretation of corporate policies and facilitate effective running of the same in the units. 6.Partner with leadership in employee retention, learning & development planning, and other ongoing support for ensuring effective utilization of employee potential (Bench management ,utilization target planning,etc)
