1.Leading & driving continual improvement activities across all the plants.2.Develop and deploy the continuous improvement Strategy for all the business units, Support and drive teams to achieve the targets. 3.Through effective communication and deployment, Promote Continuous Improvement culture, engage all levels in the organization and Share the best practices across the Plant.4.Work on Process improvement initiatives by analyzing the current state and future state, understanding the performance gaps to take necessary actions.5.Execute Value stream mapping session to identify the NVA (No Value Addition) associated with the process and initiate projects to reduce the NVA.6.Conduct Kaizen idea generation (Brainstorming) session for each business unit and yield more ideas for cost savings for future implementation.7.Conduct Management review meetings fortnightly and project the implemented kaizen ideas and pipeline ideas for future under the various heads like, Throughput, Variable cost, Energy, Freight cost, Yield & Manpower.8.Provide Professional training to the Project teams on Lean, 5S, QC tools.9. Optimized the Indirect Labor Headcount for TCF from 43 to 37per day in FLH- Taiwan plant.14. Optimized the Indirect Labor Headcount for body shop from 10 to 7per day in FLH- Taiwan plant.15.
