-Design & development of precision liquid refilling and recharging station for Vape device.-Design & development of Zn-Br battery with CPE electrodes.-Design and development of APD (peritoneal dialysis machine) cycler.-Design & development of emergency drug delivery disposable pen (fixed dose and non retractable auto injector).- Design & development of steam cleaning and charging station for E-cigarette heating device.General responsibilities :-Technical research for product development based on requirement specifications-Product benchmarking & feasibility study-Idea generation, concepts and mechanisms sketching-Patent benchmarking & FTO Analysis-Working closely with ID team to aid form generation & refinements-Leading product design & development programs.-3D CAD Modelling, Design and Engineering detailing with good knowledge in manufacturing processes, design standards & best practices-Engineering calculations for product development such as load requirements, thermal & system pressure calculations etc.,-DFM/A analysis for parts, subassembly to top level assemblies-Advanced surface modelling for Aesthetic products-2D drawing creation as per standards, CTQ dimensions, CMF descriptions and GD&T-Performing DOE to validate the processes in order to improve product quality.-Preparation of complete technical documentation - FMEA, DFM, Tolerance stack-up, BOM creation, APQP, selection frameworks like Pugh matrix analysis, etc.-Electromechanical system design for automation-Worked in close co-ordination with HW & SW teams for component selection, stepper motors, electronic sensors and programming algorithm-Hands on experience in POC/Functional prototype build -Product validation protocol generation & DVT-Fixture design to perform the functional tests, reliability tests etc.,-Drug delivery device testing - dose delivery, dose accuracy, injection force ergonomic usability etc.,-Manufacturing handover support for pilot production
