Key Responsibilities: • Responsible for Full Recruitment at Junior, Middle and Senior Level positions • Maintaining a healthy relationship with the clients • Sourcing, screening, shortlisting the profiles according to the requirements given by the clients • Screening, short listing and conducting preliminary interview prior to sending it to the client • Managing the database and Co – coordinating the Interview process • Sourcing the resumes from various means such as mapping, headhunting, advertising, by references and existing databank • Interaction with the candidates for different type position based in India and Abroad. • Perform reference checks on potential employees Coaching and feedbacks

Key Responsibilities: • Headhunting, Mapping and Documenting of all processes related to the recruitment function • Sourcing, screening, shortlisting the profiles according to the requirements given by the clients • Assisting in the preparation of reports and maintaining the database and updating the database in regular basis • Responsible for strategic utilization and deployment of available resources to achieve the objectives • Frequent interaction with Team Managers and Business Heads on a regular basis. • Taking feedbacks from the clients and the candidates • Sourcing the resumes from various sources such as mapping, headhunting, advertising, by references and existing databank • Had the exposure of handling the entire Plant requirement for Chennai • Preparation of Job Description and Analyzing the Job • The hiring was mainly carried out for Middle Level Managers and above • Perform reference checks on potential employees Assignment
