• Total around 4 years in IT and relavant 3 years of experience in Servicenow. • ServiceNow Developer with three years of experience in ITSM suite. Involved in implementing and managing end-to-end process and workflow development for Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, Service Request Management and Knowledge Management. • Experience of Support (Administrator Role), Customization and Scripting (Developer Role). • Experience of Integrations for REST and SOAP API and supporting the SCCM, Intune Integrations.• Basic experience on CMDB modules of Project.• Have Knowledge of ITIL framework.
