I had worked as a management trainee hr in valita technology pvt ltd and there my role is to call the passout candidates of btech and offer them learning and training programmes for that we will be charging for learning and deploy charges and after training we will be sending candidates to top 500 fortune companies and will give them a job offer it's like providing mam power supply to the mnc companies.
