From these early stages, I’ve been dedicated to ensuring alignment between procurement activities and organizational goals, balancing efficiency with quality to support both innovation and operational excellence.As my experience grew, I transitioned into strategic sourcing and category management, taking on responsibilities for developing and executing robust sourcing strategies aimed at cost optimization, fostering supplier partnerships, and enhancing value creation across all levels of the organization. My background in alternate vendor development, supplier relationship management, demand forecasting, and total cost ownership has been instrumental in helping our teams mitigate risk and achieve reliable sourcing channels in a competitive market.In my current role within our Center of Excellence for Sourcing and Procurement, I focus on driving innovation, implementing best practices, and fostering continuous improvement across procurement processes. This role has expanded my capabilities, enabling me to lead initiatives that set new standards for efficiency and effectiveness, keeping us agile in an evolving industry landscape.
