From February 2023 onwards, I will lead the Impact management (Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning) and Tuberculosis (Mukti Pay-for-Performance and Pediatric TB) portfolio at the PAHAL-SAMRIDH project supported by USAID. This includes management of teams involved in MEL and TB verticals.

As Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning Expert, I am responsible for developing comprehensive performance and outcome metrics for the SAMRIDH Blended Finance Facility established in partnership with National Health Authority (NHA), IIT-D, USAID and other philanthropic and commercial lending organizations to quickly respond to the COVID-19 pandemic and other emerging healthcare challenges in India. Key Highlights: • Develop MEL Plan with Theory of Change, Logical Framework Approach, and metrics• Prepare and manage program Management Information System and related analytics • Develop a dashboard for easy access to information by key stakeholders• Updating the information on the dashboard and generating meaningful insights for the TSU• Work with Epidemiologists in modelling and forecasting the disease burden • Lead in the development of a baseline database incorporating secondary data• Develop Outcome linked payment metrics for Social Success Notes and Outcome Verification/validation of accomplishmentsAdditionally, I act as Project Manager for the Nikshay Patr (Mukti) TB program - World's first Pay-for-Performance program for Tuberculosis. Being implemented in partnership with ChindFund and Govt of MP, the project aims to achieve adequate weight gain and successful completion of treatment.Also acting as Project Lead for Skill India Impact Bond (SIIB) being implemented in partnership with The British Asian Trust and NSDC. For first the time, the project aims to shift the focus from outputs to outcomes among skilled individuals in the skilling ecosystem.

Responsible for Monitoring and Evaluation of 30+ projects at the organizations. This includes preparation of project specific Logical Frameworks, Indicators, monthly/quarterly review of project activities, conducting need-based baseline/mid-line and end line evaluations for the projects. I work in close collaboration with our operations team in conducting evidence-based review meetings, preparation of action plans on the gaps identified, follow-up of activities and provide programmatic inputs that help the projects achieve the desired results and expected impact among the served population.I also conducted capacity building programs for senior staff at Piramal Swasthya on Monitoring and Evaluation, and how to use the results for improved stakeholder management.

Responsibilities- Management of two cooperative agreements with Tamil Nadu State Aids Control Society (TANSACS) and International Training and Education Centre for Health (I-TECH). - Provided technical assistance to the organisations and managed the program activities, in alignment with the National Aids Control Organisation (NACO) and US Government objectives. - I lead the team which carried out Operations Research and took part in several project evaluations, which helped in strengthening strategic information systems at NACO. - POC for several reporting mechanism at CDC.

I was responsible for- Implementation of multi-component research project activities in three districts of Andhra Pradesh. - Placed at Directorate of Health (part of Health Ministry) to coordinate with different stakeholders in other departments and to strengthen the National Tobacco Control Program. - Coordination with principal secretaries to district level officials in different departments in the state. - Conducted training sessions on NTCP to various stakeholders- Supervised partner organization’s activities and district level staff in project districts.
