- Strategic guidance to AEEE's activites through a fudicary role on its executive council- Support build AEEE's district cooling and cooling utility advisory capabilities for policy advocacy and action including in developing India Cooling Action Plan, District Cooling Guidelines published by BEE amongst others.

- Led Tabreed's market entry through successfully signing India's first 30 year PPP concession for a 20,000 RT district cooling scheme for the new capital city of Amaravati in Andhra Pradesh.- Led bid until successful award to secure Asia's largest PPP BOOT district cooling concession to invest upto $200MN for a 125,000 RT DCS for Hyderabad Pharma City- Structured, negotatied and closed India's first 30 year Cooling As A Service concession with Tata Realty & Infrastructure Limited with a INR 1,000 MN investment committment to provide long term energy efficient and cost effective cooling for their Intellion Park commercial buildings in Gurugram- Established a Cooling Innovation Lab in partnership with IFC's TechEmerge to accelerate market adoption of innovative cooling technologies in India through a unique innovator-adopter match making and grant funding program providing upto $2 MN in grants for 18 innovation pilots to deliver an average 30% improvement in energy efficiency and reduction in GHGs through bringing to market technologies in heat exchange, thermal energy storage, AI/IOT and mechanical retrofits.

- Led Tabreed's $286 mn leveraged buy out of Al Wajeez Development Company through a JV with Mubadala Infrastructure Partners. - Successfully negotiated a 30 year BOOT concession to be the exclusive district cooling services provider for Dubai Parks & Resorts the upcoming leisure and entertainment destination of Dubai.

- Managed Tabreed's interest in JVs & associates across the GCC through various board and management(interim) capacities turning around loss making operations in Bahrain and supporting other regional JVs develop $180mn in new district cooling schemes.

- Supported the CFO through a complex financial restructuring refinancing $900mn in private and public debt and raising $840 mn in new long term subordinated capital
