Before collecting the material it checks the purchase order (PO) for ordered qty then it accepts into Material Inward register before raising the Goods Receipt Note (GRN). After acceptance and quality approval of the inward materials GRN will be raised. To arriving the exact cost of purchases, GRN is valued based on PO terms and condition if a bill is not received or based on bill (invoice) will be vaulted the material. GRN will indicates the details of Qty supplied, accepted and rejected and it will send a copy to Accounts department for releasing payments after due verification at their end. Whenever the stock indents come for issuing of the material, specify the free/ chargeable issues, description of the job for which the materials are issued and to whom.
