• Managing and making sure the company policy and procedure are followed regularly.• Arranging vacant bed spaces for the new employees and beddings.• Performing inductions to the new employee and informing them of the accommodation rules and regulations.• Ensuring the cleanliness of the accommodation is maintained regularly by camp support,• Handle and Informing the Sr.Managements of the new employees upon arrival, medical issues, fighting issues, violating of company policy and procedure and damaging of company properties.• Sending daily business unit head counts, weekly occupancy, water bills and electricity bills to the Sr.Management. • Keeping records of resigned, terminated staff, deportations staff.• Making sure all maintenance issues are logged in to CAFM and emergencies are reported to maint. Manager straight away.• Ensuring daily inspection and walk around to each rooms and making sure the room looks clean and tide all the time as per Dubai municipality and for the health and safety cases.• Salary distribution for the new staff who dont have salary cards.• Collecting of passports for re-joining staff and submitting to HQ with relevant documentation.• Checking in and checkout of staffs during the shifting• Making sure food that is served in mess hall is hygienically clean and served.• Camp inventory and update of asset tags.• The entire office documentation/permits/certificates are in order according to DM regulations.• Handle Medical issues emergency and non-emergency.• Keeping a bedding issue record.• Dealing with laundry issues• Handle staff issues and problems and help to resolve • Attending to transport issues.• Accompanying firefighting service and inspections.• Arranging and inspecting water tank cleaning• Compile and submit all reports accurately and timely.• Schedule inspections and walk rounds .• Ensure all secure areas are never left unattended or unlocked• Maintaining the company SOP and effecting them
