Energetic and performance-driven with a customer focus and leadership skills Capable of relating to all levels of management, staff, and customers.Achieve and exceed aggressive personal annual Immigration Operation sales target; Be able to work in a consumer facing roleLiaise with the operations to ensure the customer has supportMaking sure consumer questions are answered quickly and effectively during the aftersales service. You will be liaising with the relevant department to ensure the timely resolution of customer / assignee quality issues. Share knowledge, experience and ideas to the benefit of all team members and other staffGain knowledge of the specific client policies and service requirements, ensure operational KPIs are met and accurate billing against agreed fee schedule.Evaluating operational efficiency and recommending process improvements as required Coordinate/manage the activities of third party suppliersDevelop and maintain solid relationships with Government/Immigration authorities and obtain updates related to specific cases or Policies if any changes.
