Primary Responsibilities include:1 Managing all wireless and Fiber networks which have more than 300 Links.2 Troubleshooting VPN connections at Layer 1 and Layer 2 level (Having L2 access, configuration access on PE).3 Basic configuration and maintenance of network devices over Wireless LAN.4 Diagnosis and rectification of faults in relation to supported systems including liaison with other infrastructure and support teams.5 To provide Technical Support in respect of network infrastructure to ensure the minimum downtime and adhere to business network policies.6 Analyzing the scenarios and providing solutions with respect to different network issues as per the SLA.7 Troubleshooting and resolving hardware and software issues of LAN/WAN devices.8 Responsible to handle all network related issues as the First-point-of-contact of Escalation Matrix9. Troubleshooting VPN connections at Layer 1 and Layer 2 level (Having L2 access, configuration access on PE).10.To provide Technical Support in respect of network infrastructure to ensure the minimum downtime and adhere to business network policies.

Design, deployment, and configuration of servers and complex firewall environmentsCollection and documentation of IT related dataMonitoring/Alerting system deployment and configurationSystem management and contingency planning

Walk customers through the process of installing the software on their machines and starting up the program for the first timeHelp customers troubleshoot issues they encounter while using the software and provide actionable tips to resolve the problemSend technical documentation to customers who have lost or misplaced theirsRefer difficult cases to a senior analyst or support techAssume remote control over customers’ computers when necessary to resolve problemsMake hardware recommendations for customers whose machines cannot support the software
