During my ongoing virtual internship, I am gaining hands-on experience by working on projects that focus on creating visualization dashboards for sales data using Power BI, SQL, Excel, and Python. My primary responsibility is to transform raw sales data into insightful and interactive dashboards that help make data-driven decisions, either using any of these tools and providing valuable information to the organization.

I worked as the Evening Leader in the Cleaning Department at Radisson Blue Hotel. My role involved overseeing the evening cleaning staff, ensuring that all guest rooms and public areas met the hotel's high cleanliness standards. I coordinated cleaning schedules, assigned tasks to team members, and conducted inspections to guarantee quality. Additionally, I managed inventory for cleaning supplies, addressed any guest concerns related to cleanliness, and worked closely with other departments to resolve issues promptly. My responsibilities required strong leadership, attention to detail, and a commitment to maintaining a pristine and welcoming environment for all guests.

My duties included preparing financial statements, budgets, and forecasts, ensuring accurate and timely billing and payroll processing, and conducting audits to maintain compliance with financial regulations. Additionally, I managed accounts payable and receivable, reconciled bank statements, and provided financial insights to support strategic decision-making. My role also involved liaising with other departments to streamline financial processes and ensure the hotel's financial health and profitability.
