Lighthouse Communities Foundation works for providing sustainable livelihood opprtunities to youth from underserved communities from the age group of 18 to 30. In lighthouse currently I work for managing the quality of the lighthouse program. There are around 35 lighthouse across Maharashtra (Pune, PCMC, Mumbai, Aurangabad), Odisha(7 Lighthouses), Delhi (3 lighthouses) and Hyderabad (1 lighthouse). 1) Foundation Course training for new Facilitators and refreshers for existing trainers. Facilitators are fully equipped to deliver all activities as per the LCF guidelines.2) Foundation Course - Quality: Systematic shift among youth in terms of the value-based being, gender equity, leadership development.3) Ensuring Career Counselling/ Skilling choice counselling quality4)The feedback and review meetings will be set up to provide the support to the facilitators in addressing any on-going challenges as well as to ensure the standardized delivery of the Foundation Course.5) Foundation course session observations in a month along with the focused group discussion with the students prior to the commencement and the completion of the batch.6) WeConnect trainings to new Joiners in the Lighthouse Team. Resolving the WeConnect and data problems new Lighthouses are facing.7) Nurturing and supporting the Lighthouse Culture. Addressing the operational critical issues that cause hindrance to the Lighthouse culure using the value-based approach.

1. Ensuring Foundation Course Enrollment, Skilling Enrollment- Completion, and Placement 60 can be placed pre-skilling. 2. Appropriate enrollment linked with enhancing after skilling placement3. Sustainability of placements to be minimum 50% at the end of 12 months from date of first placement. Running Alumni Program, Tracking mechanism, Increase in average monthly salary of students enrolled in the lighthouse program. 4. Ensure smooth functioning of the center with respect to culture, operations, administration and overall team management. 5. Constantly mentoring the team members, reviewing their performance quarterly, giving constructive feedback and playing a key role in their career growth. 6) Low or no attrition in the team. Highlighting the skill-set gaps and closing them with the help og HR. Overall improving the productivity of the team.7) Overall students movement and timely invoices approval : Weekly action, Asset management and Administrative activities of Centre : Asset Register, file backups: Monthly. 8) Data and Reports: Funder reports, google mapping, other data reports as required: Monthly9) Ensure deployment and adoption of technology platform for Lighthouse. Ensure clean data and logistical support for implementation. 10) Working effectively with stakeholder ecosystem viz. PMC, Corporators, Management, Corporate Partners, Skilling partners, Placement organizations, Program Partners, guests, Volunteers and Community.11) Ensured all the students who join in FC complete the Conversational English program.

In Ecoad we Promote Eco-friendly products.Responsibilities:1) Strategy for Ecoad 2) Training, Coordination, Inventory,Quality checking are the key responsibilities in Operations.3) Coordinating with Accountant, CA, Bank, Paying bills and salaries is the responsibilities.4) Representing Ecoad at the conferences, Training events.

I am co-ordinating the Sustainable weekend activity here. Till now we have promoted Toxins free lifestyle theme for the last year. We teach people how to make healthy and ecoafriendly home cleaning products and self cleaning products like body wash,tooth powder which we call "Dantmanjan",dish wash powder, toilet cleaner etc. We use ecofriendly ingredients to make these products.

EcoAd works to promote ecofriendly newspaper carry bags in order to replace plastic carry bags in pune city since 2011 in pune. Sales and Marketing:We have sold more than 25 lacks newspaper bagsTraining Women SHG: We have trained more than 1500 women from self-help group for making the 8 to 10 different variants of the newspaper carry bags. Managed 240 women in 8 self-help groups across 2 districts (Pune and Raigad) in Maharashtra.I helped several women self-help group to set up system and processes to manage the work among them. We also helped them to connect with the vendors for raw materials.Foreign Funding: I have coordinated the process of accepting the foreign funding in terms of Compulsory Convertible Debenture with the funder, bank managers and our CA.Workshops: Ecoad received lots of financial and non-financial support from social incubators like Unltd India, Women on wings, India innovation growth program. I have actively participated in the business management workshops and training programs conducted by these organization. I have attended 5 days management workshop on entrepreneurship topics like fundraising, design thinking, the psychology of consumers at Indian Institute of Management, Ahmadabad.

Samidha is a NGO. We are currently focused on Child Education I work for Muktchand Project.Muktchand activity run only on Saturday(3.30 pm to 6.30 Pm) and sunday.(9.00 am to 12.30 pm)1)Teaching in informal way.2)Planning different events at muktchand.3)Co-ordinating with other volunterrs during, before and after the events.

Currently, I am working with the Wildlife research and conservation society (WRCS) Pune as a community initiative program manager for the livelihood projects. My prime responsibility as a program manager is to manage the entire livelihood program and managing the 4 projects from 2 states and which includes Airawat(Karnataka), Athena(MP and Melghat), Anjani(Koyana) and Tiger(Melghat), which WRCS runs for the conservation of elephants, forest owlet, Forest trees and tiger conservations respectively.Training the SHG: Arranging the training of the self-help group. I have conducted the handicrafts making training in the deep jungles of Karnataka in Haliyal district with Sidhdhi community, Katur forest range. In Melghat trained Gaund and Kurku community.Sales and marketing: I am good at connecting with the corporate companies and taking the permission for putting up the stall for selling the handicraft products. Within six months we have participated in 8 exhibitions in corporate companies like Infosys, Zensar, Tech Mahindra, Harmon etc. BeingOperations: I have set up the system and process to manage and track the sales, purchase and Inventory of the finished products and raw materials.Costing and pricing: I have done the costing of the 33 handicrafts products and decided the price of the items.Budgeting: I am good at working on Microsoft Excel and can prepare the excel sheets for budgets, costing projections. I like to work on the excel sheet.

In past one and a half year Students Forum has evolved from closed groups of students to an open society of students, helping students.Students Forum offers students and graduates best Internship, the best industrial projects and the best job offers.
